We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our Working Party team to help with painting and general maintenance project at St James Park and The Cliff Hill Training Ground. This is a fantastic opportunity to support your club working in the local community, meeting new people, and making a visible difference.
With the 2026/27 season looming around the corner, the time has come to give St James Park & The Cliff Hill Training Ground some well-deserved love as we prepare for a new season of EFL action in Exeter. We're looking for a group of enthusiastic volunteers to help transform the appearance of club facilities over the next couple of months to ensure that when league football returns, it is being played in a stadium we can all be proud of.
Volunteers will assist with
- Painting walls within the Park building, St James Park changing rooms, stadium bowl/arena exterior areas interior areas at The Cliff Hill Training Ground.
- Preparing surfaces & tidying workspaces.
- Basic maintenance & improvement tasks.
- Working safely as part of a friendly team.
What we're looking for
- Reliable & positive attitude.
- Willingness to work outdoors & as part of a group.
- Ability to follow health & safety instructions.
- No previous experience required as guidance & equipment will be provided.

Time commitment
Flexible sessions available, with volunteers able to join for a few hours or full working party days.
Volunteers will need to be available throughout pre-season during the months of July & August with our first home league match taking place on 22nd August 2026.
