Exeter City Women midfielder Phoebe Baker has been named your City Gate Player of the Month for August 2025! 

In a month that saw City Women record two wins and a strong draw away at AFC Bournemouth, Phoebe excelled in the centre of midfield, taking the armband in the win away at Portishead in the cup, too.

Phoebe picked up 42% of the total votes, with Abbi Bond in second place with 22% and Ishbel Zuurmond and Sophie Gillies neck-and-neck in third.
