Exeter City Women will host a summer tournament at the Cliff Hill Training Ground on 30th & 31st May 2026.

Open to a variety of age groups, the tournament will take place between 30th and 31st May 2026 at the Cliff Hill Training Ground. Each age group can host up to 12 teams, apart from over-18s where there'll be ten teams. Each team can have a maximum squad size of eight for the five-a-side format that the tournament will follow. Teams can be of mixed gender, with three female players required on the pitch at all times.

Saturday, 30th May

U10s: 9:30am - 12:30pm

U12s: 2:00pm - 4:45pm

Over 18s: 6:00pm - 9:00pm

Sunday, 31st May

U14s: 9:30am - 12:30pm

U16s: 2:00pm - 4:45pm

Information and Rules

• Location - 3G Pitch at Cliff Hill Training Ground
• Game length - 12 minutes for all youth age groups, and 15 minutes for Over 18s
• Group Stage Format, followed by Knock-Outs
• Games will be in a 5v5 format, with a maximum squad of 8 players. Rolling Subs for all.
• Teams can be of mixed gender, with three female players required on the pitch at all times.
• No offsides, No pass backs, Kick-ins/Dribble-ins
• Knockout Games are decided by 3 penalties if a draw (with No Extra-Time) - subs cannot take a penalty.
• Timings are strict! If you are not on your pitch before your KO time, the game will start without you.
• A Trophy and Medals will be awarded to the winning team!
