Exeter City Women are delighted to announce that Fearne Slocombe has rejoined the club, this time on a permanent deal, subject to FA registration.
Fearne initially signed for City in January of this year on loan from Bristol City, and went on to make 10 appearances for Abbie Britton’s side in the second half of the 2024/25 season. Having now left the Robins, the Bristolian has returned to Devon’s capital, and this time it’s permanently!

A young central midfielder, who can also play in defence, Fearne made her Robins debut in the League Cup against Manchester City when she was only 16, also appearing in the Women’s Championship last season.
At the end of the 2023/24 season, Fearne was awarded the Robins High Performance Award, given to the player who has shown excellence in their performances throughout the season, whilst maintaining great potential to take their development further.

On returning to City as a permanent Grecian, Fearne said: "It feels really good, I'm really excited to permanently sign and be a proper part of the squad.
"I get along really well with all the girls and management so it was a really easy decision."
