The Welsh under-19 international joins City on a temporary deal as she looks to develop playing senior women's football, following in the steps of previous loanees Maddie Durrant, Maya Kendell and Fearne Slocombe.

Nia, who has featured on the bench for the Robins, has already made an impact in the centre of midfield during the Grecians' pre-season campaign, and will be looking to kick on throughout 2026/27. As part of the deal, Nia will be eligible to play in some of Bristol City's under-21 fixtures, alongside her playing for City in the WNL.

Speaking about the loan move, Abbie Britton said: "Nia is a powerful midfielder who runs with the ball so well, a proper box to box player with a great eye for a pass. She's had a very impressive start to her City career while trialing with us this summer, and I’m so excited to see her grow from game to game.

“I’m also delighted to be continuing our fantastic relationship with Bristol City by facilitating another loan. The success we’ve had with previous players shows the trust they have in us to provide a really positive environment for young talent to develop, and we’re continuing to build a strong reputation as a club that can help players take that next step in their careers.”

Nia will wear the number 18 shirt for the 2026/27 season, and if you would like to sponsor our new recruit, please contact our Commercial team on commercial@ecfc.co.uk.

Welcome, Nia!
