The Exeter City Foundation main winner for February is someone well known to many supporters through her work as a match day ambassador, Sue Price, who has won the £1,000 first prize.
Sue is also involved with the Senior Reds and is pictured at the recent game against Bolton Wanderers receiving the cheque from City Media Officer, Harrison Beer. She hasn’t decided how to spend her winnings yet, but will be generously donating some back to the club.
Sue blames her husband Phil Bater for her commitment to Exeter City: “ am married to a lifelong supporter, but I really became involved post Russell and Lewis when we were busy painting gates etc. My favourite match? What about against Yeovil, 3 nil down after 80+ minutes and finished 3-3 if I remember correctly. Favourite players, so many over the years, Troy Brown, MJ, Alex Hartridge, Sonny Cox, I can’t not mention Ilmari and the glue that keeps the team together, Mr. Sweeney.”
