Globe Arena trip pushed back
Exeter City’s fixture to meet Morecambe at the Globe Arena has been rescheduled to Sunday 26th October 2014.
The fixture rearrangement has been imposed by the Football League, despite Exeter City not agreeing to the proposal to rearrange the fixture for Morecambe's commercial reasons. The Club had opposed the application to rearrange the fixture in writing, in part in consideration to our travelling supporters that have always represented Exeter City well at Morecambe.
This situation is not one that Exeter City have encountered previously, but the Club has had to accede to the wishes of the Football League.
The kick-off time for the fixture is still yet to be confirmed.
