Jordan Dyer has given his thoughts on City's defeat to Wycombe in the Carabao Cup, despite a strong performance from City's no.25.
"Personally I was happy with my display but at the end of the day we should have won that game," he said.
"Defensively as a whole we were really strong, and we should have beat them. It was hard to go out on penalties, but fair play to the lads who stepped up to take one.
"Wycombe sat players behind the ball when they lost men, and we had to show more to try and get a goal. We were in the right areas enough, but it just didn't fall for us."
