The popular Party at the Park, Family Fun Day returns to St James Park on Sunday, July 2 in aid of the TeamEvo vs MND appeal.

There will be a full day of activities for the whole family, starting from 11am and running until 6pm. The event is free to attend and open to all and is in partnership with Crealy Theme Park and Resort.

The event is in aid of the TeamEvo vs MND campaign. City Community Trust's Pete, affectionately known to those close to him as Evo, was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease in November 2022.

The #TeamEvo campaign has been established to raise awareness of this atrocious disease, but also to financially support Evo himself, as well as his young family, as he battles this disease. Funds raised will go towards supporting with medical costs, giving Evo the best quality of life, helping to make the experiences and ambitions he desires a reality, and supporting his family both now and in the future.

Please come along and support this important cause. Alongside the days activities we are running an online auction featuring some money can’t buy experiences. You can view the items and place a bid here: The auction will close at 4:30pm on the day of the event, although you do not need to be present on the day to take part.
