Defender Ben Purrington has given his views as the Grecians prepare to take on Peterborough United at the Weston Home Stadium on Saturday.
Exeter born and bred Ben, he has made five appearances for the Grecians so far since joining in January and is looking forward to the test that Peterborough pose on Saturday, confident that the squad have what it takes to win the game.
"They are a good side at home and have a lot of threats, but we have belief in the squad that we can go and get something," Ben said.
"The sending off for them changed the previous game, so it will different this time round. They have a lot of players who can hurt you and we know it will be tough.
"When you play a team fighting for promotion, it gives you that little edge and they will be desperate to get over the line. We have a lot to play for too and we have to get points on the board to make the rest of the season more comfortable.
"They will be desperate to win and we have to stand up to that."
