Pierce Sweeney came on as a second-half substitute as City suffered a 3-0 defeat at home to play-off contenders, Derby County.
This defeat came off the back of a strong run of form as City had won four of their last five matches, Sweeney explained that, "I thought we played pretty well, I think we'll be dissapointed with, not only the first goal, but all three of them. Derby are a top side in this league, they've got some really good individual players, we've seen that on show tonight."
Due to the recent strong performances, Sweeney said that, "we can definitely feel the different atmosphere in the stadium that comes with good performances and good results of course"
Sweeney was keen to add that, in the past, when results hadn't been going their way, "it still hasn't stopped our fans travelling away from home, which is always brilliant on their behalf and they always turn up here."
