Ryan Woods shared his thoughts post-match as Fleetwood score late to snatch a draw at St James Park.
This match was Ryan Woods' first start in a City shirt. Woods played 75 minutes as City failed to capitalise on their dominance in the first half, eventually succumbing to Fleetwood's pressure, as the game ended 1-1.
"Obviously I'm pleased, from a personal point of view, to get my first game under my belt. It feels as though I've been here for a little while now, so it was great to do that," explained Woods.
On the game itself Woods said, "we started the game really well in the first half. We absolutely dominated the game but we've got to be more clinical in the final third. We've had probably six or seven chances from the right hand side to cut the ball back into good areas..."
"We've probably not taken the game away from them as we should have."
