Defender Zak Jules has given his pre-match thoughts ahead of City's clash with Peterborough United at SJP on Tuesday evening.
City have the chance to make amends after a 1-0 defeat to Bristol Rovers on Saturday afternoon, a game that Jules described as 'frustrating.'
"On reflection, when you look at the chances we had in the game, we had more than enough to win. We have spoken about reacting more positively to going 1-0 down because you're not going to have a smooth ride every single game.
"Sometimes you can get away with playing mediocre and get results, but more often than that it is not the case. If we take our chances we win the game on an OK performance, but the gaffer is always demanding high standards from the group and as individuals.
"It's going to be a tough game against Peterborough. They are a side that carry a huge attacking threat and are flying high at the moment. We have to nullify that and be on the top of our game to get the three points.
"In this league you can beat anyone - Barnsley away shows that."
