Gary Caldwell has spoken with immense pride as his side recorded a first away league win since September with a 1-0 victory at Bristol Rovers.
Sonny Cox's 12th minute strike was enough for Caldwell's side to overcome former City manager Matt Taylor's outfit, as they weathered both a literal and figurative second half storm.
"I thought we showed two sides to our game tonight and in the first half we were incredible," Caldwell said.
"It could have been two, three or four and they didn't have an answer. We had great chances and scored a great goal and restricted them to nothing.
"We adjusted when they changed their system in the first half and then in the second half in the wind it was difficult but we showed a real character and real team spirit.
"I'm immensely proud of the team today."
