City forward James Scott has today joined Scottish cinch Premiership side St Mirren on loan until the end of the 2023/24 season.
Scott leaves St James Park having made a total of 43 appearances for the Grecians, scoring four goals - three of which have come this season.
James links up with the Paisley based club and will be available for selection ahead of the league fixture at home to Rangers on Saturday.
Everyone at the club wishes him every success back north of the border.
Manager Gary Caldwell said: "I hope James' career can take off because he is a fantastic talent. There are thinhgs he can improve on, but I think all the lads will miss him because he's great to have in the changing room. We hope this can really reinvogorate him and we all wish the best."
