Jack Aitchison played the full 90 as City battled to a 2-2 draw against promotion-contending Bolton.
City went behind in the first half, Jack said "we spoke about trying to limit them in the first half, you saw what happened last time... but that shows you how far we've come. We kept the belief, kept to the process, done what the gaffer wanted and got into half time, recharged a little bit and gone again!"
Sonny Cox scored within ten seconds of the restart, "I don't actually know where that came from! But yeah, that set the tone. We really came into the game in the second half - I thought Sonny's second finish was even better!"
This was Jack's first game since returning from injury, and he played the full 90 minutes in a physical game, "I'm a bit tired! But that's how you should be, coming away from a game like that. I felt we deserved more from the game but obviously I'm proud of the boys and how we went about it."
