Following City's opening day defeat away at Doncaster Rovers, defender Ed Turns shared his thoughts.
A late converted penalty meant it was the hosts who took all three points to kick off their League One season.
"It was a disappointing result obviously," Ed said. "Losing out last minute with a penalty. Very disappointing penalty to give away, I didn't see it myself but from what I'm hearing we feel hard done by."
City were resilient for most of the game before the 86th minute spot kick, but Ed explained they should've been better before that.
"I think we could've been better on the day, we had a game plan from the gaffer and I don't think we took it out as well as he would've wanted us to. It was a tough game and Doncaster put it on us, so it was disappointing to lose in the way that we did."
