Ethan Brierley was on pre-match press duty ahead of Exeter City's trip to Northampton Town on Saturday, fresh from contributing to the winning goal at Wycombe on Tuesday night.
The 21-year-old has started all four league games since arriving on loan from Brentford in pre-season and it was his header that forced the own goal that secured the win at Adams Park. He is enjoying his time in the South-West.
"I'm really enjoying it down here and it has been great so far, and I really enjoyed Tuesday night of course!,' he said.
"I don't usually win many headers so was glad to play a part in the goal and a win is a win. We dug out a really good win, and it has been a really good test for me in League One. I feel I am getting better game by game.
"Saturday is going to be a tough test for us as there is no easy game, but we feel we can play better than we did on Tuesday and we have full confidence we can go there and come back with three points."
