Exeter City manager Gary Caldwell was delighted with his team after they recorded a 3-0 win over Stevenage at SJP.
Goals from Jayden Wareham, Ethan Brierley and debutant Timur Tutierov earned City a fifth straight win at the Park, which was backed up by a fifth clean sheet at home.
Speaking after the match, Gary said: "I'm delighted. I just said to the players that a week is a long time in football.
"The response this week has been incredible and I thought the first half was brilliant without scoring and we wanted to keep playing that way and being relentless and doing what was hurting them.
"I thought second half became a little too scrappy for my liking and I need to watch it back to see where we lost a bit of control, but we attacked so well - on counter attacks and transitions we looked at threat and deserved to score the goals we did and could have had more!"
