Following his first competitive start during his second spell at City, Harry Kite has given his thoughts on City's 2-2 Jersey Mike's Trophy draw away at Cheltenham Town.
The academy graduate played the first 45 minutes after coming off as a planned substitute at the break, and he shared his reaction to the match as a whole.
"I think disappointed obviously, with scoring so late on in the game and then conceding even later," said Harry. "I think we're disappointed we haven't come away with three points out of the game.
"Obviously I appreciate penalties, a sort of a bit of a lottery, so we sort of have to accept that. I feel it's probably a game of two halves in terms of probably had more dominance and territory in the second period."
Harry made his second debut for the club at the start of August away at Plymouth Argyle, but a calf problem has limited his action to the training ground since that match. Now back on the pitch, Harry is raring to get back into City's League Two XI.
"I've been back training for for the last week or two. So yeah, it was really good, really enjoyed being back out there, getting match fit, getting my minutes up, and looking forward to the next one."
