City's latest signing, goalkeeper Jack Bycroft, has given his thoughts after he signed a two-year deal with the club on Thursday.
The 23-year-old joined after spending last season with League Two side Swindon Town and signs following a training with the club, which included 45 minutes in last Friday's pre-season friendly at Torquay.

"I have really enjoyed working with the two goalkeepers and with Kev [Miller, GK coach], so it has been a really good start," he added.
“I enjoyed the experience at Torquay, even though there were some unfamiliar faces to start off with but it was great to gain that bond and connection with them which will continue in the next few weeks."
Bycroft sees his role at the club as an important one, and explained the conversation he had with Gary Caldwell that prompted him to sign the deal.
“I had a really good conversation with the manager before I joined about what my role is here, and about how I can help the team and how I can push Joe, and we will see where that takes me and where that takes the team.
"I have loved working with Joe and Frankie, and we work well together.”
