Having shone in recent performances, City's number 20 takes time to reflect on recent wins as well as look ahead to Saturday's challenge against Port Vale.
The Grecians come into this game off the back of a dominant display at home to Stevenage, putting three past what was the best defence in the league to claim all three points. "Yeah really good, I thought it was a really good response from the previous Saturday as well to bounce back and get the three points and a clean sheet."
That win now sees City unbeaten on home soil since September 27th, something that Woodhouse is deeply proud of, "Yeah really good. Like everyone is saying now, it's like a fortress at SJP. It shows a real difference because we're picking up loads of points and keeping clean sheets. The fans backing us has been amazing."
Having earned a regular spot in the City defence over the last month, Luca is looking to become a mainstay in the Grecian XI for the foreseeable future. "Obviously at the start of the season I wasn't in the team, but I've had meetings with the gaffer and the staff about what they've wanted from me."
"I've gone away and worked on stuff, and I've found myself in the team now. It's just about keeping that consistency up and not dropping my levels."
The Grecians will look to avoid any slip-ups when they travel to the worst performing side in the division this season on Saturday, "We don't want to be complacent, we're in a good run now but we've got to crack on again. Our next game is always the biggest game, so we've got to work hard as usual to go there and get the win."
