Exeter City are on the road for the second time this week as they make the journey to Northampton Town looking to build on Tuesday night's last gasp win at Wycombe Wanderers.
Jack Grimmer's own goal secured the win at Adams Park for a first away win of the season before Joe Whithworth pulled off a string of late saves to ensure the points went back to Devon. Northampton were beaten 1-0 by Lincoln City at Sixfields the same evening and will be keen to turn their form around as they hunt for their first victory of the season.
The Cobblers currently sit 22nd in the league table with one draw and three defeats from their league games so far.

We're back in blue for the trip to Northampton, just like last season. The hosts will wear their traditional claret and white.
The Stadium
Sixfields will be a familiar venue for Grecians, with plenty of visit there in recent years. With a capacity of 8,203, away supporters are housed in the South Stand which holds up to 972 supporters. Sixfields has been the Cobblers home since 1994 and recently saw the redevelopment of the East Stand to include more seats and executive boxes, which was completed in 2025. Coventry City played at Sixfields for one season in 2013-14 after their exile from their home stadium.
