Wycombe away preview

Exeter City hit the road again on Tuesday night as they make the trip to Adams Park to face Wycombe Wanderers in Sky Bet League One.

After a 2-1 defeat to Mansfield Town on Saturday, all eyes are on turning things around against the Chairboys in the 7.45pm kick-off. 

Wanderers are still to pick up a league win this season, though did win 1-0 away at Leyton Orient and came from behind to draw at Doncaster on Saturday.

We have been allocated 456 seated tickets at Adams Park, located in the WhiffAway Stand, and on sale at the following prices:

  • Adults - £28
  • Senior 65+ - £25
  • 22-25 - £23
  • 18-21 - £21
  • 15-17  - £17
  • 14 and under - £7

Pay on the day is available too at no price increase from 6pm at Adams Park. Payments are card only from Ticket Office One.

As our hosts play in blue and white quarters, we will be wearing our traditional red and white stripes in Wycombe!

The Stadium

Wycombe have played at Adams Park since 1990 and has also been used by Reading Women and Wasps rugby in it's time. It has a capacity of just over 10,000 with the WhiffAway Stand housing just over 2,000 away supporters.

How to Get There

Take the M5 north to the M4 eastbound. From the M4, leave at junction 8/9 and head onto the A404 towards High Wycombe. At the end of the A404, leave the roundabout at the third exit, heading over the M40. Turn left onto Cressex Rd, down the hill and turn right at the roundabout onto New Road. At the bottom of the hill, turn left at the mini roundabout onto Lane End Rd, with the stadium at the end of the road.

By Train

High Wycombe is on the Chiltern Railways line, connecting Birmingham to London Marylebone.

The station is around 2.5 miles from the stadium, and you can either walk, head to the bus station and collect the 32 bus to the Hourglass pub and walk the rest, or travel via taxi.
