Exeter City manager Matt Taylor is expecting a stern test on Tuesday night at SJP, as his side come up against one of the early pace setters in the league in Crewe Alexandra.
City's opponents are unbeaten in League Two so far this season and head to Devon on the back of three wins in a row. City however will head into the 7:45pm kick-off with confidence, being unbeaten at SJP, and having picked up seven points from their last three matches.
Speaking ahead of the match, Matt said: "They have made a fantastic start. Scoring at will and they have players in form at the top end of the pitch. They're always a good team, and always a team that generally challenge. I know they might tail off at certain moments of the season, but generally have been a good team.
"I think they've added well and have made some good signings in certain areas of the pitch that we spoke about. But we are at home and we want to force the game and force the issue, do the running, do the hard yards, get the opposition on the back foot as we know that they can hurt us."
