Exeter City return to St James Park after two consecutive away games, where Sonny Cox's Shropshire strike ensured four points made their way back to EX4 with the team.
A goalless draw at Colchester meant that City go into their next game three unbeaten in all competitions, with Sonny reflecting on Saturday's encounter with the U's: "It was a tough game, it was a very physical game. There wasn't much good football, if you say it that way, but a point away at Colchester is a good point, especially if we back it up with a win tomorrow."
Sonny opened his account a week prior with a late winner at Shrewsbury Town before a hat-trick followed in the Premier League Cup, form that Sonny was understandably delighted with: "I feel like I've just been focusing on what my job is in the game and when I get chances, just keeping calm in front of goal."
The threat of a strong Crewe side is a challenge that Sonny is prepared for: "I feel like if we play our way and keep creating chances, I feel like there's not one team in this league that can stop us, especially at home."
