Exeter City manager Matt Taylor has given his thoughts on City's 1-1 draw with Barnet under the lights at St James Park.
Despite a bright opening hour, City were pegged back by Kanu's opener before Reece Cole levelled the scores seven minutes later. On another day City could have had the three points with a contentious late goal ruled out for offside.
Speaking after full-time, Matt said: "I thought we were outstanding and that we were outstanding in terms of the fundamentals of the game, the physical side of the game against an incredibly dominant team who put you on the back foot for that group to stand up to that aspect of the game the way they did.
"I can't speak highly enough. We can be better on the ball. We can know our tidy options. But the stress Barnet put you under as a team and individually within that is immense. And the way that group found a way through that and created the best chances in the game and found a way to get back in the game when going a goal behind, I was impressed."
