Exeter City interim Manager Matt Taylor has spoken to the press after City suffered relegation to League Two after falling to defeat against Bradford City at SJP.
City went into the match knowing a win and a result elsewhere would give them a chance of staying up, but the 2-1 defeat and a run of one win in twenty games saw City relegated to League Two after four years in League One.
Speaking after the match with his feelings still raw, Matt said: "Myself, the staff, the players and everyone associated with the club are all hurting.
"We were short today in terms of how the game turned out, and we couldn't take control and control of the ball in the first half. We know today is the end and it's a long term picture that we haven't been good enough.
