City Women will look to claim their third league win of the season on Sunday, as they travel to face Real Bedford.
Following last weekend's home loss to Watford, Abbie Britton will want her side to return to winning ways as they make their longest away journey of the season so far. Real Bedford team funded by a Bedfordshire-based Bitcoin podcaster, they are currently enjoying their first season in the Women's third tier, having won promoted last season.
The Pirates currently sit in fourth place, amassing 12 points in six games in the WNL. Sunday's opponents will have dreams of a fourth consecutive league win, coming off the back of a 1-0 away victory against Gwalia United last weekend. The travelling City team will want to use this game to build momentum, ahead of a WNL Cup tie against Fulham on 19th October at The County Ground at Coach Road.
