Second Opportunity to join the next Supporter Roundtable!

Supporter Experience Roundtable

Following England's World Cup quarter-final success, it felt appropriate to postpone the Supporter Experience Roundtable scheduled for this Wednesday (15th July).

The meeting will now move forward seven days to Wednesday 22nd July, however the timings of the evening have not changed with supporters welcome from 17:45 for a 18:15 start.

If the first date was inconvenient or you hadn't considered attending, this gives you a second opportunity to participate. If you would like to represent your fellow supporters and have not already registered, please email customerservices@ecfc.co.uk with your name, any dietary requirements and your preferred stand for watching matches at St James Park. Requests to attend must be received by Friday 17th July.

During the evening, your Ground Safety Officer Kevin Instance & Catering Manager Dan Wagner will be presenting. Also on offer during the half-time interval will be an opportunity to taste and influence the new kiosk offerings at St James Park in the 2026/27 season. The General Manager John Street will be updating supporters on the latest Club news, as well as the Director for Supporter Experience & Supporter Liaison Officer Richard Knight on hand to feedback on the revised Fan Engagement Plan, Club Charter & Family Excellence Gold Award.

But most of all, the evening is about you, the supporters, and how you feel about your experiences on all frontline touch-points at St James Park. This will be the first of four opportunities in the 2026/27 season to influence match days and beyond at St James Park.
