The annual awards evening took place on Sunday, May 4 on the pitch at St James Park.
The special venue was joined by Gary Caldwell and the team and Abbie Britton and the Exeter City Women's team for the awards presentations, a three-course meal fun and games, and live entertainment.
This year's winners of the prestigious fan voted 'player of the season' awards are Joe Whitworth and Amber Pollock. What a first spell in men’s professional football for Joe, who has kept 16 clean sheets in all competitions and produced a highlights reel of stunning reaction saves quickly became a fan favourite. Often down flying down City Women’s wing, Amber Pollock has taken like a duck to water to the Grecians’ new tier three status, and has terrified full-backs across the Southern Premier Division this season. With nine assists and three goals, including two stunners against Keynsham and Cheltenham, City’s number 23 has contributed to the Grecians’ incredible fourth place finish at the attacking end of the pitch.

The goal of the season awards went to Reece Cole for his stunning volley at Bristol Rovers and Mollie Taylor for her thunderbolt against Gwalia United.

The award for supporter of the year went to Mike Chown. When Mike’s wife sadly passed away he was looking for something to keep him busy and he decided to buy a season ticket and become a volunteer for the club.
Mike travels home and away to every single match every single week - both league and cup. For away games he travels 45 minutes from his home in Axminster to catch the Grecian travel coach at its pick up point in Taunton, which then takes him all over the country every other week -- often getting home in the early hours before making the lonely 45 minute journey from the coach drop off to his home.
Mike also gives his time to volunteer on home matchdays with the clean-up operation at SJP. Mike is clearly an incredibly loyal supporter of City.
Clubs like Exeter are more than just the football to people like Mike - they provide a life, a sense of belonging and an opportunity for him to give something back to the wonderful club that is Exeter.
Josh Magennis picked up a trio of awards on the night, being named East Devon Grecians, North Devon Grecians and Junior Grecians player of the season. The Northern Ireland international Josh was an ever-present in the City side this season, appearing 49 times and contributing with 13 goals whilst leading the line. His tireless work ethic and non-stop running was rewarded with some important goals this season! The header away at Cambridge and the late goal at Barnsley winning the three points for City! Josh’s experience has been crucial this season for the younger players in the squad.
City captain Pierce Sweeney and City Women's Beth Ireland were named PFA in the Community Champions for both of their support in the charity's community work.
Youngsters Jake Richards and Liv Giles both picked up a pair of awards, being named the ECDSA's breakthrough players and the Supporters' Trust Young Players of the Season after fantastic seasons for both.
It’s been quite a season for Jake who has been named EFL League One Apprentice of the Season, scored his first professional goal and made 19 first team appearances.
Liv has excelled in goal during her first season at this level. Starting her first game between the posts back last August at just 17, Liv has since made nine appearances during her debut campaign, and won the Supporters’ Player of the Month in February.
